Returns & Refund Policy

At VELLINI, product quality and customer satisfaction are important to us. This policy applies to all orders placed through https://vellini-online.com/ and explains how returns and refunds are handled.

01 — 30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return condition requirements listed below.

The return period begins on the day the shipment is marked as delivered by the courier. Courier delays or failed delivery attempts do not extend the return window.

02 — Return Conditions

To qualify for an approved return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be fully intact.
The item must be free from stains, odors, fragrance, deodorant, hair, or any signs of wear.
The original order number and proof of purchase must be included.
Prior return authorization must be requested before shipping the item back.

All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and may be returned to the customer at their own expense.

VELLINI reserves the right to refuse any return showing signs of use, alteration, cleaning attempts, damage caused by the customer, or unauthorized return shipment.

03 — Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Transit Damage on Arrival

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at support@vellini-online.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging

This timeframe allows us to review the issue and, where applicable, file a claim with the carrier. Once verified, VELLINI may offer a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and verified, we will resolve the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive a product that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a suitable resolution and cover return shipping costs where the error is confirmed.

04 — Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is confirmed as defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be shipped prepaid and include tracking information.

Packages sent collect or with unpaid customs duties will be refused.

For international returns, all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and related charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended. Until the returned parcel is received and confirmed by VELLINI, it remains the customer’s responsibility.

05 — Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item arrives and passes quality inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

What Is Refunded

For approved returns, the product price is refunded.

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, premium delivery fees, express shipping fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to a confirmed error by VELLINI.

Additional Notes

Refunds cannot be issued for returns that do not arrive at our return facility.

VELLINI reserves the right to apply a partial refund or issue store credit in cases of partial non-compliance with the return conditions.

Repeated or excessive return activity may result in refusal of future return requests at the discretion of VELLINI.

06 — How to Start a Return

All returns require prior written authorization. This allows us to confirm eligibility, provide the correct return instructions, and process your refund efficiently.

To request a return, email support@vellini-online.com with:

Your order number
Reason for return
Supporting photos, if applicable

If approved, you will receive written confirmation and detailed return instructions. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days of authorization.

Returns shipped without authorization, to an incorrect address, or outside the approved timeframe may be refused.

07 — Return Address

Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address by email.

Please do not send any return without prior written approval from support@vellini-online.com. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, may not be refunded, and may not be returned to sender.

08 — Exchanges

VELLINI does not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you wish to receive a different size, color, or product, please place a new order separately and return the original item under the standard return process.

Availability is not guaranteed, and items cannot be reserved.

09 — Important Notes

Each order requires separate return authorization.
Multiple approved returns may be combined only with prior written approval.
Returns lacking tags, packaging, or accessories will not be accepted.
Any parcel returned without authorization, with unpaid fees, to an incorrect address, or outside the approved timeframe may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
