04 — Shipping Costs & Customs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Orders may qualify for Free Standard Shipping if a free shipping threshold is displayed at checkout.

Premium or expedited shipping may be available in selected regions for an additional fee.

Shipping charges, premium shipping fees, and expedited shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped, unless required by applicable law or unless the issue is due to a confirmed error by VELLINI.

Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or local charges may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled or covered by VELLINI.

05 — Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier completes the first scan.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or directly through the carrier’s website.

06 — Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund while the parcel is still in transit.

Once an order has entered processing, changes to the order or delivery address may no longer be possible.

07 — Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address, email address, and contact details are complete and accurate when placing your order.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missing contact information, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, any resulting delay, return fee, reshipping fee, or loss may be the customer’s responsibility.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, we will contact you to arrange the next steps where possible.

08 — Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at support@vellini-online.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Clear photos of the packaging

Lost-in-transit claims require carrier tracking evidence.

If tracking shows that a parcel may be lost, our support team will review the issue with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we may arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

VELLINI cannot be held responsible for damage occurring after delivery or for return parcels lost in transit without tracking.
